As you may have seen, I have decided to start experimenting
with making my own vegetable and fruit smoothies lately after my lovey Miriam introduced me to the world of kale smoothies! They provide such a
good way of getting your five a day in one simple hit!
My latest creation is this tasty “rapid
recovery” smoothie, based on the juice in ‘the juice master’ Jason Vale recipe book.
This one is full of natural sugars, sodium, vitamins, minerals, amino acids and anti oxidants!
This will help with the recovery process after your workout, as this power smoothie will feed your body everything you need to repair your aching limbs. Five gold stars from me then after a sweaty workout of kick boxing!

½ pineapple
2 sticks of celery

½ lemon
½ cup blueberries
1 banana
3 strawberries
2 cups of soya milk (or any other milk variety)
2-3 cups of water
3 strawberries
2 cups of soya milk (or any other milk variety)
2-3 cups of water
Simply add all the ingredients into a smoothie blender and blend blend blend! Add as much water as you need depending on how thick yo want it. I liked mine quite thick as it had a kind of milkshake consistency.
